Details of US President Donald Trump's new peace plans regarding the Russia-Ukraine war have been revealed.
Modern.az reports that this information was provided after a meeting in Kyiv between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and representatives of US President Donald Trump - Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
It was noted that if Ukraine accepts the 6 conditions listed below, there will be peace.
- Ukraine must renounce Donbas and withdraw its troops from the region.
- Amendments must be made to the Constitution of Ukraine to enshrine the renunciation of territories.
- Elections must be held in Ukraine.
- Ukraine must refuse to join NATO and constitutionally enshrine its non-aligned status.
- The number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine must be limited.
- The protection of the Russian language in Ukraine must be ensured.
