President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to His Majesty King Mswati III of Eswatini on the occasion of Independence Day.
Modern.az reports that the letter says:
"Your Majesty,
On the occasion of the national holiday of the Kingdom of Eswatini - Independence Day, I sincerely congratulate you and all your people on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.
Currently, good conditions have been formed for the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Eswatini. Your visit to Baku in May of this year to participate in WUF13 holds a special place in the history of Azerbaijan-Eswatini relations. I recall with the most pleasant impressions our sincere meeting and the exchange of views we had.
I believe that we will continue to make joint efforts to strengthen friendly relations between our countries and fully benefit from the potential of our cooperation, in accordance with the interests of our peoples.
On this holiday, I wish you robust health, happiness, success in your endeavors, and peace and prosperity to your friendly people."
