Iranian oil tanker M/T Kylo sank in the Strait of Hormuz after a US attack.
Modern.az reports that at least 4 missiles hit the ship's hull.
As a result of the attack, a fire broke out on the tanker, and then the ship capsized and sank.
The information states that the incident took place in the Gulf of Oman.
It should be noted that on September 5, US Secretary of War Pit Hegset threatened to destroy all Iranian tankers if Iran attacked the US Navy.
Previously, US Central Command (CENTCOM) forces struck three Iranian oil tankers after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps fired ballistic missiles at two US Navy ships patrolling local waters.
