Russia is ready to resume the negotiation process regarding Ukraine and has never tried to complicate this process.
Modern.az reports, citing foreign media, that this was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
According to him, Russia can resume talks if the other side is ready. Lavrov noted that Moscow is ready for both bilateral and trilateral talks regarding Ukraine.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry added that military operations in Ukraine will not be stopped during the negotiations.
