As a result of recent changes, the businessman's fortune decreased by $118 billion.
On June 12, Musk became the first person whose fortune exceeded $1 trillion after the shares of his founded company SpaceX began trading. Thus, he maintained his trillionaire status for approximately two weeks.
As reported on June 22, SpaceX shares fell for three consecutive days after the announcement of the first placement of investment-grade bonds to finance artificial intelligence projects. In addition, shares of Tesla, Inc. on the Nasdaq exchange have lost 4.14% since June 16, and SpaceX shares have lost 17.13%. This is noted in exchange data.
