Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and his family have received threatening messages. On the same day, the country's Prosecutor General Maroš Žilinka and his wife also received a bomb threat.
Modern.az reports that the press service of the Slovak government has released information about the threat addressed to Fico. Relevant authorities are investigating the incident.
"The government office will not provide further comment on the situation at this time," the statement said.
Following the incident, Fico's press conference scheduled for September 25 regarding Prosecutor General Maroš Žilinka was canceled.
It should be noted that Žilinka had previously stated that Prime Minister Robert Fico's statements regarding the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office "could lead to tragedy."
