Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky offered Russian President Vladimir Putin to meet in Turkey.
Modern.az reports that he spoke about this during an interview with CNN Turk TV channel.
Zelensky said he hoped Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan would help organize talks with Putin.
According to the Ukrainian leader, some problems can only be discussed at the level of heads of state, as delegations and technical groups cannot resolve all issues.
“That’s why I want to meet him as the decision-maker,” Zelensky said.
It should be noted that earlier, the assistant to the head of the Kremlin, Yuri Ushakov, stated that Zelensky could come to Moscow for negotiations.
