At the meeting of G20 foreign ministers in Atlanta, representatives of European countries refused to take a joint photo with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.
According to him, this position is related to Russia's ongoing aggression against Ukraine.
Wadephul noted that due to the position of the European participants, the traditional general photo of the meeting will most likely not be taken.
“There are no normal relations with Russia,” the German Foreign Minister emphasized.
It should be noted that the meeting of G20 foreign ministers in Atlanta started on October 30.
