The European Union (EU) will allocate 2.2 million euros to Armenia to support the visa regime liberalization process.
Modern.az reports that the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia disseminated information about this.
The Ministry's information states that the mentioned funds will be spent within the framework of the program "Support for visa regime liberalization dialogue in the field of border management, document security and law enforcement reforms in Armenia", which started on June 1.
It should be noted that this project, implemented with the financial support of the EU, is carried out by Lithuania.
