Another match of the IV round of the Azerbaijan Premier League in football has been held.
Modern.az reports that "Neftchi" hosted "Shafa" team on its home ground.
The meeting ended with a 4:1 victory for the "black and whites". Andrey Shkribek scored a double for "Neftchi", while Rufat Abbasov and Breno De Almeida Mello Santana scored the other goals. The only goal for the guests was scored by Murad Musayev.
With this victory, "Neftchi" increased its points to 9 and took the lead. "Sabah" and "Zira", with the same points, are in the next positions.
It should be noted that in the previous matches of the IV round, "Gabala" defeated "Imishli" 2:1 on its home ground, "Shamakhi" defeated "Kapaz" 4:1 in Ganja, and "Sabah" defeated "Zira" 5:0.
The round will conclude with 2 matches to be held on September 6.
