Police received a call on July 1 at noon local time. According to the information, two people were observed in the upper part of the "Empire State Building", located at a height of approximately 443 meters. They are reported to have been wearing black clothes and masks. The individuals hung a banner on the antenna that read: “When the power of love prevails over the love of power, the world will know peace.”
During the descent, Kuznetsov, along with a person named Nikolaou, was detained by police officers. They were charged with a number of offenses, including illegal entry, creating danger, damaging property, hooliganism, and possession of breaking tools.
It should be noted that the "Empire State Building" is 443.2 meters high and officially consists of 102 floors. The 103rd and 104th floors of the building are used as technical areas.
