Modern.az reports that these views were expressed by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi during his statement to local media.
He noted that intermediaries are still trying to create conditions for the resumption of talks: "According to our position, there is no possibility for the resumption of talks until the violations of the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) are stopped and America compensates for the damage caused by the violations it committed within the framework of this memorandum."
