Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with "telemarafon".
According to Zelensky, Ukraine must be ready for future Russian pressure, including hundreds and thousands of cyberattacks, missile strikes, and intimidation attempts.
He believes that these steps are being taken because Putin cannot currently present the outcome of the war to Russian society as a victory.
The Ukrainian leader also stated that Putin is considering conducting a massive mobilization, but may try to implement it without officially announcing it: This can be done through the use of various contract forms and the imposition of restrictions at the borders.
According to Zelensky, the Ukrainian side is already observing a number of steps that could indicate this: "One of the main tasks for Putin remains the capture of Donbas. Because this can be presented as the outcome of the war within Russia. Ukraine does not plan to voluntarily leave its territories. There is no guarantee that Russia will not continue the attack if concessions are made."
He suggested that Putin might interpret the conditions that the Russian side had previously discussed with the US side and Trump in his own way and try to present them as his political success.
