Iran has put forward conditions to the US side for reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
Modern.az reports that a high-ranking Iranian official for national security announced the relevant conditions.
According to initial demands, for the Strait of Hormuz to be reopened, the US must lift the naval blockade and withdraw its military forces.
Also, the demand for the US to permanently stop the ongoing war was among the conditions. In addition, Iran and Oman announced that they are close to an agreement on managing shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
