An Indian cargo ship attacked by an explosive-laden boat near the western coast of Yemen in the Red Sea has sunk.
Modern.az reports that the ship named Faize Noore Oliya was attacked approximately 13 nautical miles south of the city of Al-Hudaydah and sank shortly after.
According to information, the 14-member crew on board – 13 Indian citizens and 1 Yemeni citizen – were rescued by the Yemeni Navy and Coast Guard.
No crew members were injured as a result of the incident.
