Russia does not intend to attack other states or wage a hybrid war against them.
Modern.az reports that Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Sergey Shoigu stated this in a statement to journalists on November 2.
Answering journalists' question about whether Russia could apply the policies of Western countries against themselves, Shoigu said that there was no reason for this.
“Why should we do this? We do not intend to complicate the situation in this or that country,” he said.
Shoigu also made warning statements about the possibility of Russia starting a hybrid war against any country:
“God forbid, you see the day when Russia starts waging a hybrid war against you. Live in peace, there is no need to attack us. We do not intend to attack anyone.”
