The Kremlin may try to create a humanitarian crisis in the country and break Ukrainian society by using cold weather conditions this winter and massive strikes on Ukraine's energy system and critical infrastructure.
Modern.az reports that Austrian military expert Markus Reisner stated this in an interview with "BILD".
According to him, one of Ukraine's main weaknesses is the lack of air defense systems, especially missiles for "Patriot" systems. At the same time, Russia is expanding its capabilities for UAV attacks and is preparing to intensify its air campaign.
Reisner believes that the upcoming winter could be decisive. According to the expert, there are currently no signs that Moscow is ready to make concessions or stop the war.
