Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that NATO should strengthen military exercises near Russia's Kaliningrad region.
Modern.az reports that Sikorski noted that Poland is closely monitoring the Kaliningrad region and that there are "almost no troops" in the area.
"Putin knows or assumes that NATO is a peaceful alliance. He thinks we will not take advantage of his local weakness. Perhaps this is a mistake," Sikorski said.
