Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has resigned.
Modern.az reports that Kristersson shared his resignation letter on his “X” account, stating that he submitted it to the Speaker of Parliament.
According to the BBC, the resignation came after the political bloc led by Kristersson lost the parliamentary elections.
According to the election results, opposition parties won 176 seats in parliament, while the right-wing bloc led by Kristersson won 173 seats.
It should be noted that there are a total of 349 seats in the Swedish parliament.
