Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, together with the Ukrainian delegation, arrived in New York to meet with US President Donald Trump.
Modern.az reports that the meeting took place within the framework of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
Before the meeting began, the parties made several statements, and then the talks continued in a closed format.
“I hope that we will be able to end this war before winter, and Trump will help in this matter,” Zelensky said.
Trump, in turn, said that they are looking for a solution to end the war in Ukraine.
