Armenia and Azerbaijan are exploring lists of goods for potential trade.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a briefing held after a government meeting.
"Currently, processes are ongoing – Armenia and Azerbaijan are exchanging lists of potential goods they might be interested in selling or buying," Pashinyan noted.
In his comment on how the government determines who will buy Azerbaijani gasoline, Pashinyan noted that the market was pre-researched and offers were made to businessmen who would not turn this opportunity into a political game.
According to Pashinyan, when the first batch of Azerbaijani oil products entered Armenia, some Armenian retailers refused to sell that gasoline.
According to him, after several shipments, it will become clear that the market and opportunities are open to everyone. And anyone who wishes will be able to benefit from Azerbaijani gasoline.
A day earlier, it was announced that Azerbaijan would send a second and larger volume of oil products to Armenia.
In December last year, Azerbaijani gasoline was sent to Armenia for the first time – 1200 tons of oil products were transported via Georgia.
