Klaus Müller, who has more than 30 years of international experience in the telecommunications sector, announced his decision to retire.
During Klaus Müller's leadership, Bakcell entered a strategic development phase, expanded the implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions, introduced innovative products and services, rebranded the company, expanded its service portfolio, and took important steps to improve subscriber experience.
"For more than three years, together with the team, we have achieved significant results, especially in the development of artificial intelligence-based services. Through local and international partnerships, we have offered new products and opportunities to our subscribers. I thank every member of the Bakcell team for their professionalism and cooperation.
