Ukraine has demanded the exclusion of Russia's "Rassvet" system (Russia's geostationary satellite system related to satellite communications and navigation - ed.) from its coverage area.
Modern.az reports that Kyiv has already appealed to the International Telecommunication Union for this purpose. This was stated by Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.
He also called on partner countries to support Kyiv's position and take similar steps.
According to Sybiha, the "Rassvet" system is used for military purposes.
