M. Ghalibaf wrote on his "X" social network account that Iran has taken a big step towards final victory. "We stand firm and with God's help, we will win," he noted.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that the negotiating team will under no circumstances deviate from the policy set by the leadership: "All activities will be carried out within the framework of national interests and the lines defined by the system."
Earlier, he emphasized that if all points of the agreed memorandum between the US and Iran are properly implemented, Tehran could create new conditions in the region.
Meanwhile, "Reuters" agency, citing a high-ranking American official, reported that the agreement to end military operations between Tehran and Washington was signed by US President Donald Trump, US Vice President JD Vance, and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament (unicameral parliament).
