At the end of the quadrilateral consultations held in Bürgenstock, Switzerland, an agreement was reached to create four working groups to continue discussions between Iran and the United States.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi in an interview with "Press TV" channel.
According to him, the working groups will work to resolve the main topics of dispute between the parties and to develop future cooperation mechanisms.
Gharibabadi noted that the groups will work on the lifting of sanctions, the regulation of the nuclear program, the country's reconstruction and economic development, as well as monitoring issues.
The Iranian official emphasized that the created mechanisms will serve to implement the initial agreements reached between the parties and to ensure the continuity of the negotiation process.
It should be noted that in addition to the representatives of Iran and the United States, representatives of other parties also participated as mediators in the talks held in Bürgenstock. The main goal of the talks was to reduce tension in the region and strengthen mutual trust.
