The water level in Lake Goycha has increased by 2 centimeters in the last 24 hours.
Modern.az reports that Levon Azizyan, head of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of Armenia, provided this information.
According to him, the increase in water level is due to the heavy rains observed in recent days.
Levon Azizyan stated that the Aparan reservoir, one of the country's main reservoirs, has currently reached 100 percent capacity.
It should be noted that Lake Goycha is currently considered the largest freshwater basin in Armenia and plays an important role in the formation of the country's water resources.
