The US has issued a new General License temporarily authorizing certain transactions related to Iranian-origin petroleum and petrochemical products.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that, according to the document, operations related to the production, supply and sale of Iranian-origin crude oil, petrochemical products and petroleum products are allowed until August 21, 2026.
Within the framework of the license, permission is also provided for operations related to the import of Iranian-origin crude oil, petrochemical products and petroleum products into the US.
In addition, the document also covers certain transactions related to vessels blocked due to US sanctions.
It should be noted that the mentioned license is valid only for a certain period and its application is regulated by the conditions provided in the document.
