Russian President Vladimir Putin said that his country is ahead of the European Union in terms of economic growth.
Modern.az reports that while commenting on economic indicators, Putin emphasized that he wants higher growth, but this increases the risk of accelerating inflation.
"Of course, we would like greater growth. But this has risks, such as accelerating inflation," the Russian leader added.
