Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the difficulties his country faces are temporary.
Modern.az reports that Putin voiced these ideas at a meeting of the Legislative Council of the Federal Assembly held in St. Petersburg.
“All these are temporary, transient phenomena. Russia is eternal,” the Russian President said.
Putin noted that the country sometimes faces unprecedented challenges and risks, and it is important to overcome them.
The Russian leader also emphasized the importance of not prioritizing only prohibitions and restrictions in legislative activity. According to him, excessive obstacles can hinder development.
Putin noted the necessity of building the legislative process in a systematic and future-oriented way.
