Armenia's Anti-Corruption Committee claims that a parliamentary candidate from the "Armenia" bloc was involved in attempts to interfere with the election process and possible fraud, and a criminal case has been initiated in connection with the fact.

Modern.az reports that, according to information released by Armenia's Anti-Corruption Committee, the parliamentary candidate representing the "Armenia" bloc used the opportunity to nominate candidates to polling station commissions for his political interests.

According to the investigative p's claim, the person in question favored individuals who agreed to work in the commissions and ensure a certain number of votes in favor of the political force.

The Committee stated that a criminal case has been initiated in connection with the fact, several people have been detained, and searches have been conducted at various addresses.

The official position of the "Armenia" bloc on the matter has not yet been announced.
