The Ukrainian army announced that it had struck military and energy infrastructure facilities located in various regions of Russia. It is reported that a number of military bases, arsenals and oil infrastructure were damaged as a result of the attacks.
Modern.az reports that, according to the information of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a series of attacks were carried out against Russia's military and logistics facilities on the night of June 5-6.
According to the information, one of the targeted objects was the "Kronstadt" base located in Russia's Leningrad region. It is reported that explosions were recorded on the territory of the object, and the extent of the damage is being clarified.
The Ukrainian side also announced that the "Petrogofskaya" oil base located in Lomonosov, Leningrad region, was hit, and a fire broke out on the territory of the object.
In addition, a fire was reportedly recorded near the "Neste" oil terminal.
The statement notes that the arsenal of missile weapons and ammunition of the 1060th Material and Technical Support Center, located in the village of Bolshaya Izhora, was also hit. Explosions, secondary detonation and fire are claimed to have occurred there.
The Ukrainian army also stated that it struck the "Ust-Labinsk" oil base in Krasnodar region, a command and observation post in Belgorod region, as well as a number of military facilities in the directions of Luhansk, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia.
