Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran's last Shah, who lives in America, has addressed several peoples living in the Islamic Republic.
According to Modern.az, Reza Pahlavi addressed his appeal, which he disseminated on social networks, to Kurds, Lurs, and Azerbaijanis living in Iran's Khuzestan, Ilam, Kermanshah, Kurdistan, and West Azerbaijan provinces. At the same time, he also mentioned the Yarsan, Jaf, Kalhor, Sanjabi, and Bakhtiari tribes in Iran
Reza Pahlavi stated in his appeal:
“I promise you that in the post-freedom tomorrow of Iran, I will exert all my efforts to establish a government based on the separation of religion and state, the rule of law, and equal civil rights, so that you will never again be subjected to discrimination. Like every Iranian, you will be able to live freely while preserving your identity and justly benefit from the blessings of a free Iran.
You are an integral part of Iran's historical and cultural integrity; you have always stood guard over the country's territorial integrity, and the nation's honor and dignity. I am confident that you will remain loyal to this pledge henceforth.
We are on the eve of this regime's collapse. However, we must be vigilant and never allow opportunistic forces, who have always coveted Iranian soil, to exploit the current situation. I believe that with national will and unity, a bright future awaits you and every Iranian," Reza Pahlavi emphasized.
It should be noted that US President Donald Trump stated yesterday that he does not recognize Reza Pahlavi as a suitable choice for Iran's future leadership. Trump emphasized that the future leader must be chosen from within Iran.
To the question, "Do you support Reza Pahlavi?" he responded briefly and decisively, "No!"
This stance once again confirmed that Pahlavi had repeatedly requested the same from the US, but despite his loyalty, they rejected him.
Reza Pahlavi, who has for years presented himself as an an alternative to the West, now faces a bitter reality: despite his absolute loyalty to Washington and his expectation that this would be rewarded with full support, he is mistaken.
