Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explained the phrase "Armenian radio" with humor.
Modern.az reports that he noted this in an interview with Russian Public Television.
Lavrov stated that when explaining diplomacy, one can recall the "Armenian radio" joke, which was popular in the former USSR.
According to him, in that joke, diplomacy is described as "a way to send a person to a certain address, but it must be done in such a way that he eagerly awaits the trip."
The minister noted that there is nothing unusual about being an "Armenian radio" in diplomacy.
