"Iran will not allow further escalation in Lebanon."
Modern.az reports that Mohsen Rezaei, military advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, wrote this on the social network "X".
"The Strait of Hormuz is under Iran's control. We will not allow the continuation of the naval blockade by the US and will not tolerate further escalation in Lebanon. The patience of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran is not endless," he emphasized.
Earlier, Iran's "Tasnim" agency reported that Iran is suspending the exchange of messages with the US within the framework of the negotiation process due to Israel's strikes on Lebanese territory.
According to the information, Tehran will not resume talks with Washington until Israeli troops are completely withdrawn from Lebanese territory and the strikes cease.
