Three people, including two children, have died after a car drove into a group of schoolchildren cycling in the Zeeland province of the Netherlands.
Modern.az reports this with reference to the "Omroep Zeeland" TV channel.
The incident occurred at 12:30 local time (14:30 Baku time - ed.) on the highway near the settlement of Terhole. The car crashed into a group of children participating in a school excursion and the adults accompanying them.
As a result, two children and one adult lost their lives. Four more children were taken to hospitals in Belgium and the Netherlands in serious condition.
The causes of the accident have not yet been disclosed. The motives of the person who drove the car into the group of schoolchildren and their status in the investigation have also not been clarified.
