The dates for the farewell and burial ceremonies of Iran's former supreme leader Ali Khamenei have been announced.
Modern.az reports that the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) announced this.
According to the information, farewell ceremonies will be held on July 4 and 5 at the Central Mosque named after Khomeini in Tehran. The burial ceremony will be held in Tehran on July 6 and in Qom on July 7.
Ali Khamenei will be buried on July 9 in Mashhad, the city where he was born.
It should be noted that Ali Khamenei died on February 28 as a result of an attack on Iran by Israel and the United States.
