Modern.az reports that heavy rains, which suddenly started in the Russian capital where the air temperature has exceeded 30 degrees in recent days, have caused serious problems in the city.
As a result of the heavy precipitation, Kutuzov Avenue, located in the city center, was flooded.
In connection with this, numerous cars remained motionless on the roads, and some shopping centers were also flooded.
Serious difficulties in traffic movement have arisen in various areas of the city.
Due to adverse weather conditions accompanied by lightning and torrential rain, an orange danger level has been declared in Moscow city and Moscow region.
To eliminate the consequences of the rain, 300 brigades and 290 pieces of equipment have been mobilized and engaged in service on the city streets.
Moscow city services have switched to an enhanced work regime and continue measures to eliminate the problems that have arisen.
