Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan was not allowed to leave the country.

Modern.az reports that his press secretary Bagrat Mikoyan stated this in an interview with "Fifth Channel".

According to the information, law enforcement agencies prevented him from leaving the country. He was returned from Zvartnots airport.
