Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he and his American counterpart Donald Trump have agreed to meet at the G7 summit in Europe.
Modern.az reports that Zelensky stated this in his video address.
"I just spoke with the President of the United States, Donald Trump. I congratulated him on his birthday and US Army Day. We spoke at length and in great detail. President Trump, all Ukrainians have one wish: to finally achieve peace. We agreed to meet with the US President. G7 meetings will be held in Europe in the coming days, and of course, Ukraine and our defense, our ability to achieve peace, will be among the main topics," Zelensky added.
