According to the ministry's statement, at least 27 people lost their lives as a result of Israeli aviation strikes on various cities and settlements in Lebanon in the last 24 hours.
In addition, 67 people were injured and hospitalized.
The agency's report notes that the total number of civilians killed during the period of military escalation, which began on March 2, has reached 3,783, and the number of injured has reached 11,699.
The Ministry of Health stated that three people, including two women, were killed and 16 people were injured as a result of a strike on the Qubeyri neighborhood, located on the southern outskirts of Beirut, in the second half of the day.
Previously, it was reported that a commander of one of the Shiite armed groups of the "Hezbollah" movement was killed and four others were injured.
