The Belarusian authorities are planning a large-scale inspection of the combat readiness of the country's entire army. Military mobilization may also be considered as part of the measures.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
"I have already said in plain language: the army needs to be shaken up, it's time," the Belarusian leader emphasized.
Lukashenko did not elaborate on the date of the inspections or the scale of possible mobilization.
