In Iran, within the framework of the "Janfada" campaign, the formation of 1000 military battalions will begin next week.
Modern.az reports that Sasan Zare, a representative of the People's Headquarters of the campaign, said this.
According to him, 26 percent of the 31 million people registered within the framework of the initiative are ready to engage in military activities and security issues. Zare noted that volunteers undergo training covering general military training, ensuring security, observation, control and intelligence measures.
32 percent of registered participants are women, and 68 percent are men.
