US President Donald Trump announced 25 key achievements during his presidency in 2025-2026.
Modern.az reports that, according to the White House, the list notes that the Trump administration played a role in ending 8 major conflicts. Among them is the peace agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Previous statements by the White House also highlighted Trump's role in the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia. On August 8, 2025, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a joint declaration on peace in Washington.
Trump's list also included other foreign policy issues. His administration noted the detention of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, military operations against Iran, and the elimination of Tehran's uranium enrichment capabilities. The White House also stated that Iran was prevented from acquiring nuclear weapons.
The list also noted the return of US citizens detained in various countries, the prevention of illegal migration to the US, the implementation of a new energy policy, and increased investment in the Armed Forces.
The Trump administration also listed the imposition of tariffs on various categories of foreign goods and the creation of new jobs among the main results of its presidency.
It should be noted that in its previous statements regarding Trump's activities, the White House also presented the normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations as one of the administration's main foreign policy results.
