US First Lady Melania Trump said that her husband, US President Donald Trump, is not always ready to hear her opinions, but she always openly expresses her thoughts to him.
Modern.az reports that 56-year-old Melania was a guest on the "Fox & Friends" program.
During the interview, she was asked if the 80-year-old president had asked for her thoughts on his speech at the UN General Assembly in New York the day before.
Melania praised her husband's speech.
"I told him that the speech went very well, he presented himself very well. His speech was also magnificent," said the first lady.
In addition, Melania admitted that she always tells her husband even the thoughts he doesn't want to hear.
"Sometimes he doesn't want to hear what I tell him, but that's not a problem. I always tell the truth," Melania noted.
During the interview, she also talked about how Donald Trump is handling his second presidential term and compared it to his first term in the White House.
According to Melania, the president almost never stops working.
"He works non-stop. He has more energy than anyone else. He works non-stop from early morning until evening," added the first lady.
It should be noted that Donald Trump has previously said that Melania expresses her opinions to him. He specifically revealed earlier this year that his wife did not like him dancing in front of people on stage.
