Lu Mei, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Azerbaijan, speaking at the official reception organized on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, stated that China and Azerbaijan are comprehensive strategic partners and relations are developing along an upward trajectory under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries.
