Taiwan's defense minister Wellington Koo has accused China of waging an information and psychological warfare campaign against the island.
Modern.az reports that “Reuters” has spread information about this.
The minister stated that Beijing's events marking the anniversary of Taiwan's liberation from Japanese rule after World War II have a political purpose.
On this occasion, the Chinese side published high-quality satellite images of Taipei and propaganda materials depicting military equipment.
The Taiwanese official emphasized that Beijing has not given up its intention to take control of the island by force.
