Ukraine has sent a proposal to Russia through a third party to stop attacks on targets in the Black Sea.
Modern.az reports that "Reuters" spread information about this, citing a source familiar with the situation.
According to the source, Kyiv has not yet received Moscow's response to the proposal.
Regarding the issue, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan previously stated that Ankara conveyed a proposal to the parties of the Russia-Ukraine conflict to impose a moratorium on military operations in the Black Sea.
He noted that the increase in attacks against ships seriously concerns the Turkish authorities.
