Military exercises called "Eagle Partner-2026" have begun in Armenia.
Modern.az reports that the exercises will be held from June 17 to 25. This is the fourth annual exercise between Armenia and the United States, based on long-term defense cooperation and supporting preparation for international peacekeeping missions.
This year, the number of exercise participants has expanded. In addition to the peacekeeping brigade of the Armenian Armed Forces, military personnel from the US Army Europe and Africa and the Kansas National Guard, representatives of the French and Greek Armed Forces are also participating in the exercises.
Through joint multilateral exercises, the level of interoperability is increased, the exchange of best practices is promoted, and the readiness level of peacekeeping forces is further strengthened.
