US President Donald Trump called the conflict with Iran a "clash" and said they would not allow Tehran to possess nuclear weapons.
Modern.az reports that Donald Trump told reporters: "We call it (the war with Iran - ed.) a clash. We just have a clash with Iran."
According to him, Iran wants to conclude an agreement because it has suffered heavy blows, but it is not yet ready for it.
"They are taking such heavy blows that they want to reach an agreement. But I say they are not ready for it yet.
We don't need straits. We don't need anything. We don't need the Strait of Hormuz. But we cannot allow Iran to possess nuclear weapons," Trump emphasized.
