The Public Relations Department of the Office of Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a statement.
Modern.az reports that the statement emphasized that some information circulated on social networks about Khamenei and attributed to the supreme leader does not reflect the truth.
The statement said that the only official source for disseminating news and other materials related to Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei is the official information portal of the supreme leader's Office and the official platform for publishing his speeches. Information disseminated outside this framework has no legal or factual basis.
It was noted that in recent days, some quotes attributed to the supreme leader have been circulated on social networks, and this information serves to create confusion, division, and disagreement in society.
The statement also said that claims circulated on social networks about the supreme leader's reaction to the president's letter are completely false.
The Office believes that information that creates division in society and makes baseless accusations about government officials serves the goals of Iran's enemies.
